Margaret Nikolis represents creditors in the areas of business and commercial litigation including leasing, debt collection and creditors’ rights. Ms. Nikolis has represented creditors located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in hundreds of commercial collection matters. In addition, Ms. Nikolis represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings by assisting them in obtaining relief from the automatic stay, defending preference actions and litigating adversary proceedings.

In finance litigation matters, Ms. Nikolis has a 100% success rate in negotiating and mediating settlements for her clients before trial. She also has a strong record of full balance recovery post-judgment.
