Resident in Wright Law Group’s California office, Melody Anderson is skilled at negotiating early resolution of cases without trial by obtaining pre-judgment relief for her clients; she also has a 100% success rate at trial. Once a judgment is obtained, her extensive knowledge of post-judgment remedies and collection strategies results in a high percentage of her clients’ judgments being collected.

Ms. Anderson also has extensive experience representing creditor interests in Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, including obtaining relief from stay and/or adequate protection orders, objecting to plan confirmation and/or negotiating more favorable treatment of a client’s claim, making 1111(b) elections in Chapter 11 cases, and prosecuting nondischargeability claims. She regularly represents clients in Bankruptcy Courts throughout California and Texas and is frequently granted pro hacvice admission in Bankruptcy Courts nationwide, saving clients from having to hire local counsel when the debtor’s bankruptcy case is pending in another jurisdiction.
