Upon judgment Rebecca pursues debtors’ assets via garnishment, execution, sheriff sale, and receivership, among other methods. Well versed in discovery and motion practice, she applies creative legal strategies to uncover assets and bring debtors to the negotiating table. Ms. Brown approaches each case as a counselor to her creditor client, providing efficient analysis and strategy advice to allow the client to make the best possible business decision regarding their legal matters.
