Matthew Wright represents funding sources and businesses in collateral recovery matters, outstanding balance litigation, judgment enforcement, and assertion of creditor rights in bankruptcy. As Founder and Managing Partner of Wright Law Group, Mr. Wright participates in case strategy for matters which involve complex problems or unusual issues. He regularly speaks to various associations and commerce organizations, where he is recognized as a subject matter expert on the topic of collection litigation.

A skilled litigator, Mr. Wright draws on extensive experience representing creditors in commercial disputes to guide each case to a timely resolution of settlement or judgment. Since 2009, he has represented funding sources and portfolio owners in hundreds of state and federal court proceedings, including bankruptcy court matters, many of which included replevin proceedings to recover his client’s collateral. His cases are regularly resolved within 90 days of filing.
