Brian Hummel has over twelve years experience representing banks, loan servicers, and small investors in litigation and bankruptcy matters throughout Florida. Mr. Hummel’s practice focuses on equipment recovery, deficiency litigation, collections, and creditor representation in bankruptcy. Using a variety of techniques and through deep experience, Mr. Hummel has successfully resolved hundreds of finance enforcement matters prior to trial.
Mr. Hummel has worked with clients to advise on compliance, risk management, and proper collections protocols. He has attended and spoken on finance enforcement and collections matters at industry conferences, as well as personally visiting clients’ offices to teach staff.
