Always action-oriented and assertive on behalf of Wright Law Group’s clients, Mrs. Muñoz has spent her professional career representing creditors in Texas courts. Interested in the law from a young age, Rebecca obtained an A.A.S in paralegal studies before receiving her B.A. in criminology and political science, cum laude. She obtained additional academic accolades while attending St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she was nominated for and received multiple academic awards.
Rebecca's practice focuses on representing lenders in core creditors’ rights matters in Texas state courts. Her practice includes replevin, deficiency litigation, and judgment enforcement. An experienced litigator, she has prepared and argued more than 30 trials including more than 10 jury trials in her prior positions. At Wright Law Group Rebecca has achieved great success resolving contested cases favorably via summary judgment and settlement, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming trials.
Upon judgment Rebecca pursues debtors’ assets via garnishment, execution, sheriff sale, and receivership, among other methods. Well versed in discovery and motion practice, she applies creative legal strategies to uncover assets and bring debtors to the negotiating table. Mrs. Muñoz approaches each case as a counselor to her creditor client, providing efficient analysis and strategy advice to allow the client to make the best possible business decision regarding their legal matters.
